Our products are satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a refund or exchange for an item of the same price (return shipping both ways is not included).
Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
I. Our Return Policy
a. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
b. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.
c. We do not accept returns that are over 35 days old.
d. All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
e. All returns MUST be in saleable (like new) condition and include its original packaging.
f. Please DO NOT wash your clothing items before returning, as this will void your ability to receive a refund or exchange.
g. When exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.
h. Fragrance & Beauty Products: ALL SALES FINAL, no returns will be accepted.
i. Products meant to be used on/for/with food or hold liquids: ALL SALES FINAL, no returns will be accepted due to sanitary reasons.
j. Footwear: Must be returned in a standard brown box, including the original footwear box as well.
II. How To Return Your Item(s)

Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include a copy of your invoice enclosed in your package. Please mail your sealed and insured package to exonerated, LLC (address provided above) along with the return form. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and processed.
Your order number and billing name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form. If you no longer have a copy of your order number, please complete the following steps to receive it:
1. Navigate to the bottom of our website
2. Click on the Contact Us link
3. Fill out the email form (select Return & Exchange Information from the drop-down box)
4. Provide us with the email address used to pay for your item(s)
5. State that you wish to obtain your order number
Please note that your desired exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.
You can enter in multiple style numbers on the Return/Exchange form and note in the comments section which is your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices. If your exchange is out of stock for longer than 10 days, a refund will be issued.
